Bernie, a partner of Taylor Byrne Valuers for over fifteen (15) years was motivated to establish a Valuation and Property Consultancy Practice which is service orientated, attuned to client needs and is capable of providing quality well researched and market substantiated advices with special attention to specialized and technical facets of valuation.

In January 2009 Bernard J Duncan Valuers opened for business from their Buderim base on the Sunshine Coast.

Bernie is assisted in the practice by his son Mathew who is nearing completion of his university studies working towards attaining registration as a Valuer.

Bernie has been registered as a Valuer since 1984. Approximately (20) years of his registration had been spent practicing as a Valuer in North Queensland before relocating to the Sunshine Coast in 2002 where he has since become well established in the local professional and business community.

Bernard J Duncan Valuers has been established to provide an uncompromised professional service to clients who are to expect high levels of professionalism, experience and local market knowledge producing well researched and market substantiated reports that can be confidently relied upon.
